研究了邻乙酰氨基苯甲醚的氯碘化的反应产物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱、地维核磁共振Ｈ－Ｈ化学位移相关谱、碳核磁共振谱，确定该氯磺化反应仅有单一结构的３－乙酰氨基－４－甲摒在苯磺酰氯生成，未发现有异构体存在。
The chlorosulfonation product of o acetaniside is studied,by elemental analysis,IR, 1 H NMR,COSY and 13 C NMR,and it was found that the chlorosulfonation gave the only product 3 acetylamino 4 methoxybenzenesulfonyl chloride,and no isomer was found.
