测定了一批苯亚砜基、砜基乙酸酯类化合物的厌氧微生物降解速率常数Kb,在此基础上对这类化合物的结构与其生物降解速率常数之间的关系进行了分析.表明:苯亚砜基乙酸酯类化合物的降解速率大于苯砜基乙酸酯类化合物;甲酯比异丙酯易降解;苯环上氯取代会降低化合物的生物可降解性

Batch data of anaerobic microbiodegradation rate constants K b of phenylsulfinyl, phenylsulfonyl acetates have been determined, and the qualitative relationships between their K b and chemical structures were analyzed based on it. The phenylsulfinyl acetates were more subject to microtransformation, and the methyl esters were easier to be degraded than those corresponding isopropyl esters. The chloro group on benzene was shown to lower the biodegradability.
