为探讨生态雄性不育小麦的育性转换特性,在长沙自然气候条件下,通过分期播种对生态雄性不育小麦ES-50育性转换特性进行了初步研究,结果表明,ES-50是一个有明显育性转换特性的生态雄性不育系,早播不育,晚播可育;育性转换的临界温度约为13℃,育性转换的温度敏感期为抽穗前21-13d。
The mechanism of fertility alteration of ecological male sterile ES-50 was studied by means of different-sowing-dates experiment under natural climate conditions in Changsha.The results are as follows:ES-50 has evident characteristic of fertility transformation,ie, sterility when ealier sowed and fertility while later sowed .The critical temperature of ES-50 is at about 13 ℃ and the thermo-sensitive phase is 21~13 d before heading.
