The clinical and pathological manifestation were observed after intravenous injection of penicillic acid in rabbits. The results showed that the clinical signs were depression,emaciation,decrease of body temperature,increase and decrease of heart beat frequency,increase of breath,increase of gastrointestine peristalsis,dehair,proteinuria and abortion. Main pathological change was degeneration of kidney,liver and heart. Blood test showed that total RBC and HB were less than those of healthy rabbits significantly,contents of whole blood BUN increased,while contents of blood TP decreased notably.
