The integration of power and society has been already broken in modern society. Because of social plurality and economic globalization, the state power is no longer a supreme power which can control every aspect of the society. Right now, the new trend of the world is power's plurality and sociality. The author thinks that power's plurality is a necessary requirement of political democracy, and power's sociality is a natural result of development of human society. The concept of power should be studied from the three dimensions; they are state dimension, social dimension and world dimension. We must struggle hard for a country with rule of law, and build up a fair world order with great harmony and legal institution.
