The specialties of sports law researching in China and USA were analyzed respectively and compared,and some problems existing in present sports law researching were pointed out;on the base of analysis mentioned above,the necessity and probability for system construction of sports law as an knowledge were analyzed,some substantial resolutions and opinions were put forward as follows: the primary missions to build up framework of system of sports law as an knowledge includes a clarifying definition of sports,fixing on value targets for sports law subject,a clear confine for researching objects,contents and structure,and formation of grown-up methodology for itself.
