The measurement has extensively application in athlete selection according to simple reaction time. From relevant document information we had found that traditional method is so simple to deviate from the true time, so it is not scientific. The author puts forward new method through experimental research, namely is making average for repeating time and giving up single observation. This research will be helping for relevant study on reaction time.
