采用问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等方法,针对我国田径运动员社会流动的相关问题,对我国9个省、直辖市田径项目不同层次管理人员、教练员进行问卷调查及对相关人士访问。分析总结目前我国田径运动员流动的现状,认为主要存在水平流动以有偿交流为主、区域的协作交流为辅,流动中经济因素起决定作用,政府对流量的控制缺乏力度,流动障碍较多,渠道不畅等问题,并提出了促进运动员合理流动的相关建议。
Through the investigation of different level track and field administrators or coaches in nine provinces and interview with other people, this article analyzed some problems of social circulation of track and field athletes in China.The current situation about social circulation of track and field athletes was analyzed, some problems and suggestions were proposed.
