简要介绍生物体内一氧化氮(NO)的生物合成和生理病理作用,重点介绍与新药研究有关的NO调控剂,包括NO供体和NO合酶抑制剂的研究进展,并对其今后的发展方向提出一些看法。
Nitric oxide(NO) is an important messenger and effector involved in the regulation of many physiological functions in the mammalian body. Dysfunction of NO formation has been implicated in the pathogenesis of a number of disorders. In this article, general aspects on biosynthesis and pathophysiology of NO were briefly reviewed, but major focus was placed on recent advances in the research of NO modulators including NO donors and NO synthase inhibitors. Finally, an outlook on the future development of NO modulators was provided.
