GSS与SSE椎弓根螺钉断钉原因的生物力学研究

目的通过研究GSS及SSE2种椎弓根螺钉固定脊柱标本的稳定性差异及疲劳特性,分析造成上述差异的内在因素。方法采集陈旧性国人胸腰椎脊柱标本5具,随机取样分为2组。分别用德产SSE椎弓根螺钉和国产GSS椎弓根螺钉进行固定。按Panjabi法建立生物力学实验模型,对其进行常规生物力学测试及高频疲劳实验,期间记录相应值。所有数据用统计软件SPSS10.0完成t检验。结果应力遮挡实验,GSS固定时平均应力遮挡率为32.4%,小于SSE的37.24%;极限强度实验GSS钉极限加载力为3510N,高于SSE钉的3250N(P〈0.05);疲劳实验,GSS循环次数为0.92×10^6,优于SSE的0.68×10^6。结论相对于SSE,GSS在临床上进行椎弓根固定时不易发生断钉。
