共混改性阻燃粘胶纤维的性能研究

采用极限氧指数法、X射线衍射法、热重分析法和扫描电镜等方法测试并研究了焦磷酸酯共混改性阻燃粘胶纤维的燃烧性能、热性能及力学性能。结果表明,共混改性阻燃粘胶纤维的极限氧指数达到27.5%,结晶度降低,力学性能下降,热稳定性提高。阻燃剂的阻燃机理为凝聚相阻燃。

The combustibility, thermal stability and mechanics performance of flame-retardant viscose fibers modified by blending modification were evaluated by Limit Oxygen Index(LOI), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Thermogravimetry(TG) analysis, Differentiate thermogravimetry (DTG) analysis and Scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results indicated that LOI of the flame retardant viscose fiber was 27.5 %,crystallinity and mechanics performance were reduced and the thermal stability of the modified fiber was improved. The mechanism of the flame retardance was agglomerate block.
