Study on the Properties of Flame Retardant Viscose Fibers Modified by Blending Modification

1)添加Ti、Nb、V和Zr,并与C含量保持平衡,减少毛刺;2)钢中形成MnS单体或MnS类型夹杂物,以改善切削加工性;3)将硬性的夹杂物来覆盖柔性的夹杂物;4)调整热轧工艺和SiO2、MnO的比率。

The combustibility, thermal stability and mechanics performance of flame-retardant viscose fibers modified by blending modification were evaluated by Limit Oxygen Index(LOI), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Thermogravimetry(TG) analysis, Differentiate thermogravimetry (DTG) analysis and Scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results indicated that LOI of the flame retardant viscose fiber was 27.5 % ,crystallinity and mechanics performance were reduced and the thermal stability of the modified fiber was improved. The mechanism of the flame retardance was agglomerate block.
