By comparing the sterilized bag-cultivated varieties,Volvariella volvacea strain V4 showed the highest yield of 132 g per bag.Its biological efficiency was 43.5%,a significant difference from the others.Our button-controlling and yield-improving study showed that the V.volvacea(Bull.)
