实现农村土地的合理流转是统筹城乡发展和解决三农问题的关键,而市场经济条件下,农村土地流转中介组织的健康发展是农村土地合理流转的必要条件。但当前我国学界关于农村土地流转中介组织的研究较少,而且相关的研究存在一定的缺陷和问题,亟待解决和完善。今后的有关研究中,一方面,应拓展研究视角,创新研究方法;另一方面,研究内容应力求完整性、系统性和理论性的统一;同时,对农村土地流转中介组织的研究还要注重指导性、针对性和可操作性的结合。
