[目的]为富营养化水体的水华控制提供理论依据。[方法]通过室内模拟方法,研究不同氮磷比对浮游藻类和附着藻类生长的影响。[结果]当氮磷比为20:1时,单独培养和混合培养条件下浮游藻类生长情况均较好,浮游藻类最高浓度差为159×105cells/L。当氮磷比为10:1时,对浮游藻类的影响显著,单独培养最高峰时藻类浓度仅为155×105cells/L。[结论]氮磷比对藻类浓度具有显著影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the water bloom control of eutrophic water.[Method] Using indoor simulation method,the influences of different nitrogen-phosphorus ratio on the growth of phytoplankton algae and attached algae were studied.[Result] When nitrogen-phosphorus ratio was 20:1,phytoplankton algae under the conditions of mono-culture and mixed culture grew well.The highest concentration difference of phytoplankton algae was 159×105 cells /L.When nitrogen-phosphorus ratio was 10:1,the phytoplankton algae were significantly affected.The peak concentration of algae under the conditions of mono-culture was only 155 × 105 cells / L.[Conclusion] Nitrogen-phosphorus ratio had significant effects on the concentration of algae.
