文章对广东商学院人才培养模式现状进行了分析研究,探讨了其教育培养体系对创新型人才培养的作用,并 在此基础上对我国高校如何培养创新型人才提出可行性、建设性的意见与对策。
This thesis studies and analyzes the training patterns of talent-cultivation of Guangdong University of Business Studies, and discusses about the functions of its educational and training pattern on the culturing of innovational talents. Based on such discussion, this thesis provides constructive and applicable suggestions for the training of innovational talents in Chinese Universities.
