固相萃取-液质联用同时检测豆制品中4种红黄色系工业染料

目的 以WAX固相萃取柱净化处理, 建立豆制品中违禁添加色素碱性橙Ⅱ、碱性嫩黄O、酸性橙Ⅱ和罗丹明B的前处理方法。方法 利用电喷雾离子源(ESI), 碱性橙、碱性嫩黄和罗丹明B采用正离子模式, 酸性橙采用负离子模式, 建立正负离子切换的多反应监测(MRM)的检测方法。结果 碱性橙Ⅱ、碱性嫩黄O的检出限为1.0 ?g/kg, 酸性橙Ⅱ和罗丹明B的检出限为0.5 ?g/kg, 方法回收率为84.2~95.1%, 相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.5%。结论 建立的液质联用方法具有快速、灵敏、准确等优点, 可用于豆制品中上述4 种非法添加的红黄色系工业染料的同时测定及确证。

Objective Purified with WAX solid phase extraction column, the pre-treatment method for the 4 illegal added dyes of ChrysoidineⅡ; Auramine O; OrangeⅡ and Rhodamine B in soybean products was obtained. Methods Using positive ESI mode for ChrysoidineⅡ; Auramine O and Rhodamine B while negative ESI mode for OrangeⅡ, the positive-negative switch MRM detection method was developed. Results The LOD for ChrysoidineⅡand Auramine O was 1.0 ug/kg, while it was 0.5 ug/kg for OrangeⅡand Rhodamine B, the recovery rate for this method was from 84.2 to 95.1%, the RSD values were less than 4.5%. Conclusion The obtained liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method was fast, sensitive and accurate, it can be used for the analysis and confirmation of the 4 illegally added industrial dyes in soybean products.
