目的:了解福州地区急诊科护士身心健康状态及相关影响因素.方法:采用症状自评量表对福州市综合医院急诊科护士进行亚健康状态调查,将收集到的数据用EXCEL建立数据库进行统计分析.结果:福州地区急诊科护士的SCL-90总均分和各因子分均显著高于国内常模评分.结论:福州地区急诊科护士健康状况较一般人群差.该调查结果应引起医院管理部门及护士自身的重视,采取相应对策进行行为干预,以遏制亚健康向疾病转变的趋势.
