目的 观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）油纱条引流治疗肛周脓肿切开排脓术后的临床效果.方法 28例肛周脓肿患者行脓肿切开排脓术后用MEBO油纱条填塞脓腔引流换药治疗.结果 27例（96.43％）患者经4～6次MEBO油纱条换药治疗后创口愈合,仅1例愈合后形成肛瘘,经肛瘘挂线手术治疗后痊愈.结论 MEBO油纱条堵塞脓腔引流治疗肛周脓肿效果显著.
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO gauze used in drainage after the incision of perianal abscess. Methods: 28 patients, after incision of perianal abscess, were treated by filling MEBO gauze into the abscess area to drain the exudates. Results: 27 cases (96.43%) were cured after 4~6 MEBO gauze dressing changes. Anal fistula occurred in one case after the healing of the incision; the anal fistula was cured by placement of a seton stich. Conclusion: MEBO gauze, as a drainage stuffing, has remarkable effect in treating perianal abscess.
