对内蒙古自治区凉城县农村居民医疗费用支出状况,及其对居民卫生服务利用的影响程度和居民的经济负担严重程度进行分析,认为：凉城县农村居民卫生服务公平性有待改善;居民现金卫生支出比重过高,导致凉城县居民＂看病贵、看病难＂问题。提出降低居民个人负担的医疗费用、健全新型农村合作医疗制度,完善医疗救助制度等政策建议。
