目的 比较和观察噪声对作业人员健康的影响，为进一步改善卫生防护措施提供科学依据。方法选择某五金厂噪声作业人员205人为观察组，选择同厂非噪声作业人员214人为对照组，进行心电图、血压和听力检查，同时测量工作场所噪声强度。结果噪声作业人员心电图异常率、高血压患病率、听力异常率分别为11．2％、13．6％、15．6％，与对照组3．7％、2．3％、0％相比均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）结论长期接触噪声不仅损伤听力，同时还对心血管系统造成不利的影响。
