目的以螺旋CT数据三维重建数字化肺动脉模型,在此基础上进行相关的解剖学测量,为临床提供个体化的立体解剖信息。方法将螺旋CT动脉期扫描的DICOM格式数据导入Mimics10.01软件中,然后三维重建肺动脉模型,并在此基础上利用软件自带功能进行各种解剖学测量。结果数字化肺动脉模型能够准确地反映其形态学结构,全方位观测相关解剖学指标,可获得长度、面积、体积等精确的解剖参数。结论数字化肺动脉模型能反映肺动脉的几何特征及局部细节,为研究人体肺动脉的形态特点提供新的途径;获得的肺动脉测量数据,可为临床提供诊断信息和治疗依据。
