Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of dual-source computed tomography（DSCT）in atherosclerotic carotid artery stenosis.Methods 46 patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease underwent internal carotid artery angiography using DSCT.Image quality was assessed by independent observers using a 3-point scale from excellent（1）to non-diagnostic（3）.Results 276 sections in 46 cases were evaluated.243 sections were grade 1（clear）.27 sections were grade 2（good）.6 sections were grade 3（not clear）.Conclusion DSCT has high value in the diagnosis of degree and quality of internal carotid artery stenosis.
