为了改善合成绝缘子生产及其运行维护,通过多种试验分析一起500 kV罗百Ⅰ线合成绝缘子断裂原因,结果表明,该绝缘子并非脆断,而是界面区域长期局部放电加剧芯棒和护套的蚀损与老化所致。基于分析结果,对如何做好复合绝缘子运行工作提出了建议和意见。
In order to improve the composite insulator production as well as its operation and maintenance, this paper analyzes a fracture of polymeric insulator string on 500 kV Louping-Baise transmission line with various experiments, pointing out that the fracture is not a brittle breaking, but due to the rod and sheath corrosion damage and aging aggravated by partial discharge in the interface in a long term, and giving comments and suggestions for the composite insulator operation and maintenance.
