Use Agrocybe aegerila and Mushroom as experimental material,adding different concentration of FeSO4·7H2O into medium,after ferment in shaking table,testing the yield(dry weight) and Fe content of mycelium.The results showed that in certain concentration range,Fe had strong accumulation ability in both of mushroom and A.aegerila.When the concentration of Fe was 4.48 mg/L,the ratio of Fe rich was 44.43%,and the yield of myceliaum(dry weight) was 0.143 g;when the concentration of Fe was 6.72 mg/L,the effect of Fe-rich in mushroom was the best,the ratio of Fe rich was 35.29%,the yield of myceliaum(dry weight) was 0.079 g.
