在细菌与噬菌体之间的生存斗争中,细菌面临噬菌体的威胁,进化了多种免疫机制。在这些免疫机制中,有的采用被动适应,有的采用主动防御的策略,阻止噬菌体DNA进入细胞,裂解侵入的DNA,或以宿主细胞死亡的方式,阻止噬菌体的扩散。各种机制的相互配合,在细菌细胞中构成了一个有效的免疫系统。本文在综述细菌免疫系统最新研究进展基础上,重点分析讨论了细菌免疫系统的作用模式,以及细菌免疫系统与噬菌体之间的进化关系。
