目的:探讨奥美拉唑不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)的中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)期刊全文数据库及万方数据库检索到2000～2010年有关奥美拉唑致不良反应的有效文献,并按患者性别、年龄、原患疾病与过敏史、给药途径、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果:收集奥美拉唑所致不良反应50例,其中,不良反应以过敏性反应和血液系统反应最多。结论:奥美拉唑引起的不良反应临床表现复杂多样,其发生与多种因素有关,值得临床医师关注。
