目的：了解我国医疗保险政策对精神障碍的保障情况。方法：采用文件分析法,分析全国79个城市医疗保险政策中涉及精神障碍的政策信息。结果：目前,医保政策中对于精神障碍的特殊政策保障水平因区域、险种不同有较大差异,特殊政策以保障门诊为主,30.4%的地区尚无任何针对精神障碍的特殊医保政策,但现有资料尚难以评估精神障碍患者的医疗保障需要及各地医保的实际保障水平。结论：现有医保政策可能在缓解患者的经济压力等方面有一定积极作用,但不同区域、不同险种间的待遇差异需要进一步缩小,其补偿水平是否合理还有待进一步研究。
