中药色谱指纹图谱实际上是中药材中各种不同化学成分浓度分布的一个整体表征。如何采用化学计量学多变量解析手段来简便且不失整体特征地表征中药色谱指纹图谱是目前分析化学面临的一个新问题。本文采用化学模式识别的方法对银杏叶提取物及制剂进行的定量鉴定分析,对此问题进行了初步探索。
Chromatographic fingerprint of Chinese herbal medicines is in reality a general characteristic of the concentration profiles of different chemical compounds extracted from Chinese herbal medicines. At present, it is a new challenge in pharmacology and analytical chemistry that how the multivariate methods, such as chemical pattern recognition developed recently in chemometrics, are used to analyze the fingerprints of Chinese herbal medicines quantitatively. In this article the method of pattern recognition is taken to analyze the extracts of Ginggo biloba quantitatively and satisfactory results are achieved.
