Through literature study and market research, this article expounded the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula particles which have obtained a good market both at home and abroad. The development scale and efficiency of TCM industry is on the rise. The TCM formula product has been gradually accepted by both doctors and patients. Compared with foreign market, domestic market development is relatively slow. The authors put forward suggestions of strengthening the clinical application research, quickening the implementation of electronic automatic dispensing mode, and developing pharmacoeconomics research on TCM formula particles, etc.
