Nowadays,the study on the stuctrure-activitity relationship(SAR)of natural active constituents is not enough in China and this means a great waste of resources.Therefore,it is of vital strategical significance to develop most active derivatives into new drugs through SAR study of potential active contituents.This article mainly discusses the summary,necessity and method of SAR study of natural active constituents.
