井下空区安全监测三维激光扫描仪高精度运动控制技术

矿山井下常用空区监测方法存在仅能进行点监测、需人工安装、实时性差等问题。提出通过三维激光扫描获取空区形态进行空区稳定性分析的方案,重点讨论通过机械优化、姿态补偿、自适应控制等技术手段来实现三维激光扫描仪的高精度控制问题。该方案大幅提高了空区三维激光扫描系统的性能,能够满足矿山实际应用需求。同时,在路桥监测、文物保护等领域也具有借鉴和应用价值。

In some methods usually used in goaf stability monitoring, some shortages (only monitoring point area, need manual installation, poor real-time performance, etc) occur. 3D laser scanning is used to obtain goaf space profile, then to analyze goaf stability. The realization of high precision control of 3D laser scanner is focused on by means of mechanical optimization, attitude compensation, adaptive control and other technical means. The method greatly improves performance of 3D laser scanning system used in goaf monitoring, meets the needs of practical application of mine, meantime, it can provide references for road and bridge monitoring and cultural relic protection.
