目的:分析某院5年来新农合住院患者医疗费用结构及其影响因素,以期为新农合费用控制提供恰当的方法和途径.方法:运用新灰色关联法对某院2007 - 2011年5月新农合患者平均住院费用中7项费用类别指标进行定量分析.结果:药品费和治疗费是最主要影响因素,材料费和化验费次之,手术费、检查费、床位费是基本因素.结论:新灰色关联法适合因素间关联程度的衡量分析,可为医疗费用控制提供有效的量化指标.
Objective：To analyze the structure of medical cost and its influencing factors among inpatients of new rural cooperative medical scheme over 5 years.Methods：In a hospital,7 indicators in the average hospitalization cost from 2007 to May 2011 was quantitatively analyzed by new Grey Relation Analysis.Results：Drug cost and treatment cost were the most important factors,followed by materials and laboratory tests cost,surgical fees,inspection fees and bed cost were the basic factors.Conclusion：New Grey Relation Analysis is suitable for measuring association between factors.It can provide quantitative indicators for medical cost control.
