Enzyme is a biological catalyst with high specificity and has been widely used in food,textile,feed,pharmaceutical,paper and other industries.In this review,the current status and the existing problems of enzyme preparation industry in China were firstly analyzed,and then the applications of enzyme in food,textile,feed and other industries were summarized,and finally the development prospects of enzyme industry were outlined.
