目的：对9厂家的头孢羟氨苄胶囊的体外溶出行为进行比较。方法：高效液相色谱法测定9厂家头孢羟氨苄胶囊在不同介质中的溶出度,利用f2因子法比较溶出曲线。结果：9厂家的头孢羟氨苄胶囊溶出曲线与日本橙皮书溶出曲线相比,有两厂家与标准曲线相似。结论：国内部分厂家的头孢羟氨苄胶囊的溶出过程批间有一定差异。
Objective: To compare the dissolution in vitro of cefadroxil capsules from nine different manufacturers.Method: The content and the cumulative dissolution of cefadroxil capsules from the manufacturers were respectively determined by HPLC.The dissolution curves were compared by f2 factor.Result: The dissolution curves of the capsules from two manufacturers were similar to the standard curve from Japanese Orange book.Conclusion: There are significant differences in the dissolution characteristics of the cefadroxil capsules from different pharmaceutical factories in our country.
