Based on animation industry’ development environment situation in China,the characteristics and successful experience of that in Japan and South Korea are researched from the aspects of human capitalization,optimization of industrial chain,the establishment of industrial cooperation and exchange platforms and the innovative development of animation industry.The results show that: it is vital for China to learn from Japan and South Korea’s successful experience in the development of animation industry,and should realize a leaping development in an innovative way by constructing the cooperation and exchange platform and improving the industrial space resource allocation-efficiency and technical level.
