目的:观察手指掌侧固有动脉侧方带蒂岛状皮瓣转移修复指末端软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法:对13例病人14指末端软组织缺损采用指掌侧固有动脉侧方带蒂岛状皮瓣逆行转移修复,皮瓣切取面积为1.0 cm×1.5 cm~2.1cm×3.2 cm,从同侧前臂内侧取全厚皮片植皮修复供区缺损。结果:13例14指皮瓣术后全部成活,随访时间6~18个月,手指外形满意,手指功能恢复良好。结论:应用手指掌侧固有动脉侧方带蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复指末端软组织缺损,手术操作简单,手指外形恢复满意,是修复手指末端软组织缺损较为实用的方法。

Objective:To assess the clinical effects of transferring of finger proper palmar digital arteries reverse pedicle skin island flap in repairing homodigital fingertip soft tissue defect.Methods: Thirteen patients involving in 14 digital fingertip defects were treated with finger proper palmar digital artery reverse pedicle skin island flap transferring reconstruction.The flap size ranged from 1.0 cm×1.5 cm to 2.1 cm×3.2 cm.In addition,full thick skin flaps were taken from the inside homolateral forearm for repairing the donor site.Results All flaps survived in the total 14 fingers of 13 patients.Follow-up between 6 and 18 months showed that the digital function recovered,with satisfactory contour and texture.Conclusion: Finger proper palmar digital artery reverse pedicle skin island flap grafting is effective for the soft tissue reconstruction of the fingertip defect with easy procedure performance and cosmetic results.
