免疫记忆是机体免疫应答的主要特征之一。目前根据T淋巴细胞表面CD45RA、CD62L及CCR7的表达情况将T细胞划分为初始T细胞(na?ve T cells)、中心记忆T细胞(central memory T cells,TCM)、效应记忆T细胞(effector memory T cells,TEM) 。因TCM和TEM在组织分布及功能上的差异,在抗肿瘤及抗感染免疫中有着重要意义,是近年来研究的热点。
According to the expression characteristics of CD45RA(or CD45RO)/CD62L/CCR7,memory T lymphocytes can be separated into central memory T cells(CD45RA-CD62L+CCR7+TCM) subset and effector memory T cells(CD45RA-CD62L-CCR7-TEM) subset and so on.Memory T lymphocytes and its subsets play an important role in anti-infective and anti-tumor immunity.It would be of great significance in developing more efficiency vaccines for infection diseases and improving the development of tumor immunotherapy by the methods of restoring the function of antigen-specific memory T cells,regulating the inflammation and tumor immune microenvironment.
