With the southern Hunan becoming the fourth national demonstration area of transferring industries in China,it is the key to promote the competitiveness of undertaking Industrial transfer for the southern Hunan in order to play a demonstration effect in undertaking Industrial transfer for the surrounding areas.The article analyses the following aspects,including the macro background of industrial transfer in China,and the situation of industrial development in the southern Hunan,and some opportunities,such as economic gradient transfer,the inherent requirement of economic development in China,and deepening regional cooperation in Pan-pearl river delta.And then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of undertaking industrial transfer in southern Hunan,including strengthening the construction of transport infrastructure,paying more attention to introduce and train talents,taking the mode of undertaking Industries orderly,establishing a unified management organization,speeding up the construction of the soft environment in integrating.
