文章在厘清两代认知科学疆界的基础上，不揣冒昧，追根究底，对方兴未艾的体验哲学予以全景式的回顾。莱考夫和约翰逊以采撷先前大量真知灼见为契机掀起了体验哲学的大旗，明确发端了主客互动的心智体验观，认为一方面体验性真理是在人的身体与客观外界互动的基础上形成的，人的身体体验终究是客观现实不可或缺的一部分；另一方面人类对世界的范畴化并非完全独立于人而客观存在，世界只能是我们认识中的世界，体验性真理渗透并彰显出人的价值观，其主观性亦不言而喻。
On the basis of the two generations of cognitive sciences,the essay overviews the history of Embodied philosophy.George Lakoff and Mark H.Johnson are pioneers of Embodied philosophy with the concept of "mind-to-heart".They emphasize that,on one hand,the embodied truth is drawn from interactions of subjective bodies and objective world;human being’s body experiences is one part of objective reality.On the other hand,human being’s categorization of the world is not independent from human being;the world is the world in human being’s cognition.Embodied truth reflects the values of human beings and reflects the subjective feature at the same time.
