目的 观察中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床疗效.方法 将60例红皮病型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组给予口服中药汤剂清瘟败毒饮联合外用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组给予口服中药汤剂清瘟败毒饮联合外用凡士林治疗.结果 治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为60%,两组比较P＜0 05,差异有统计学意义.结论 口服中药汤剂联合外用湿润烧伤膏治疗红皮病型银屑病有较好疗效.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM decoction combined with MEBO in the treatment of erythrodemic psoriasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with erythrodemic psoriasis were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group and each group included 30 patients. Patients in the treatment group received TCM decoction combined with MEBO while the control group adopted TCM decoction combined with Vaseline. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 80% compared with that of the control group of 60% in ,P〈0.05 with statistical significance. Conclusion The combination of TCM decoction with MEBO is effective in the treatment of erythrodemic psoriasis.
