为了改善浇注式沥青混凝土的力学性能,将骨料最大粒径由19mm提高至31.5mm,并采用均匀正交设计法分别进行沥青混凝土配合比设计,优选出最优配合比。试验结果表明:在满足施工流动性的基础上,增加骨料最大粒径后浇筑式沥青混凝土沥青用量有所降低。马歇尔稳定度及密度明显增大,而流值略有降低,其力学性质接近于碾压式沥青混凝土,为浇筑式沥青混凝土心墙在中高坝中的应用提供参考依据。

In order to improve the mechanics performance of pour asphalt concrete , the maximum particle size of aggregate is increased from 31.5mm and 19ram. By using uniform orthogonal design method , the paper carried out the mix design of asphalt concrete and selected the optimal mix proportion. The result indicated that the increase of the maximum particle size of aggregate decreases the amount of asphalt. The stability and density of Marshall is evidently increased and the flow value is decreased. The mechanics performance is close to that of roller compacted asphalt concrete . The result can provide reference for the application of core wall of pour asphalt concrete in medium and high dam.
