目的通过调查女性尖锐湿疣患者的生活质量现状及影响因素,为制订合理的整体护理措施提供理论依据。方法选择2011年1—9月在浙江省绍兴市7所医院门诊治疗的女性尖锐湿疣患者200例,采用一般情况调查表和尖锐湿疣生活质量评定量表(CECA10)进行调查。结果 200例患者的CECA10总分及情绪和性健康维度得分均较低;不同年龄、文化程度、职业和婚姻状况及皮损数量对患者的性健康的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性尖锐湿疣患者的生活状态堪忧,随着年龄增长以及婚姻状况、疾病程度的改变,患者的总体生活质量,尤其是情绪和性健康方面会受到较大的影响。医护人员应为患者提供适当的心理支持和健康教育,提高患者的生活质量,早日恢复身心健康。
Objective To investigate the status of quality of life of female patients with condyloma acuminatum and the related influence factors,providing theoretic basis for personal and individual medical nursing.Methods A total of 200 female patients with condyloma acuminatum were recruited from 7 hospitals in Shaoxing from January to September 2011.They were investigated by General Survey and Spanish Acronym for the Specific Questionnaire for Condyloma Acuminatum(CECA10).Results All patients got low scores on every item of CECA10 and dimensions of emotion and sexual health.Meanwhile,some factors,such as age,education background,career,marriage and lesion number,affected their sexual health significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of female patients with condyloma acuminatum is very low.With age and changes in marriage and disease,their general quality of life,especially emotion and sexual health,is seriously affected.The nurses should provide proper psychological support and education to improve their life quality.
