Objective To compare the difference of systemic treatment in the treatment of extensive burn injuries between Burn Regenerative Medicine and Therapy （MEBT/MEBO） and conventional therapy. Methods To make a retro- spective analysis on the precess of rescuing two cases with extensive burn injuries and conclude the difference of systemic treatment between Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy and conventional therapy. Results After explicit and objec- tive analysis on clinical data, there are significant differences in terms of systemic treatment, such as volume of rehydration, maintenance of multiple organs functions, prevention and treatment of infection and nutritional support when Burns Regener- ative Medicine and Therapy is used in treatment of extensive burn injuries. Conclusion Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy used in treatment of extensive burn injuries has outstanding advantages. But the difference of systemic treatment with conventional therapy should be systemically learned and manipulated to improve the survival rate of extensive burn injuries.
