The research aims to seek the optimum operating conditions of treating nickel wastewater from a printed circuit board plant by orthogonal test.The results show that the removal rate of nickel in the wastewater can be higher than 99% when pH value is at 2;concentration of FeSO4·7H2O is at 1.29g/L;concentration of Na2S is at 0.52 g/L;concentration of LIME is at 1.12 g/L,and concentration of PAM is at 0.02 g/L.When these optimum operating conditions are applied to actual project,the removal rate of nickel can also reach 98.9%,higher than the original 95.1%,and the content of nickel in effluent is lower than 0.5 mg/L.
