After analyzing the obvious problems of vocational college ideological and political education in the background of cultural pluralism ,it is found that reforms should be carried out from three aspects as interactive teaching ,theory combined with practice ,expansion of the spreading ways ,in order to adapt to the differences in teaching , promote innovation capacity development , serve professional development and teaching efficiency improvement ,therefore ,enhance the effectiveness of vocational college ideological and political education .
