浦城丹桂（Osmanthus fragrans ‘Pucheng Dangui’）是经自然和人工共同选择形成的桂花优良新品种,2010年经木犀属植物栽培品种国际登录中心认证。浦城丹桂扦插的关键技术是：搭建遮光度为70％左右的遮阳棚,采集半木质化健壮枝条作为插穗,采用单节芽扦插,塑料棚内温度控制在25～28℃,空气相对湿度85％～90％,土壤pH值为4．6～5．9,扦插成活率达95％以上。采用单节芽扦插,可节约成本,提高苗木扦插成活率,克服传统方法采用二节芽穗条扦插成本高的缺点,在生产中可操作性强,适合推广应用。
By natural and artificial selection,Osmanthus fragrans ‘Pucheng Dangui’became an excellent new cultivar.It was registrated by International Cultivar Registration Center for Osmanthus in July 2007 .The key cutting propagation techniques of Ofragrans ‘Pucheng Dangui ’was summarized as the followings：The green-house with 70%shading net was prepared,semi-lignification branches were excised for the scions,the temperature in the greenhouse was adjusted to 25～ 28 ℃and the relative humidity was 85%～90%,soil with pH value of 4.6～5 .9 was taken as the matrix,and the result showed the rooting rate of cutting propagation was 95%.This method used the single knob scion overcaming the defect of high cost by using the double knob scion,which was high oper-ability and should be extended in the forestry production.
