二维斑点追踪显像技术评价正常人左心室乳头肌功能的研究

目的:应用二维斑点追踪显像技术(2D-STI)研究正常人左心室乳头肌的运动功能,探讨其临床应用价值?方法:采用2D-STI方法对58例健康志愿者左心室前外侧?后内侧乳头肌的纵向收缩峰值速度?应变及应变达峰时间?标化的应变达峰时间的正常值范围?变化规律分别进行定量分析?结果:前后两组乳头肌的纵向应变?运动速度?应变达峰时间?标化的应变达峰时间的差异均无统计学意义(P均> 0.05),前后两组乳头肌的收缩运动可能具有同步性;年龄与乳头肌的运动速度呈负相关,年龄越大,运动速度越慢;收缩达峰时间受心率快慢的影响,心率越快,达峰时间越短?结论:二维斑点追踪显像技术可较准确地评价左心室乳头肌的运动功能,为进一步的临床研究提供了无创?可信赖的新方法?

Objective To evaluate the left ventricular papillary muscle function in normal subjects by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging. Method Fifty eight healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. The longitudinal peak systolic velocity, strain and time to peak, peak time of standard strain of the papillary muscle (PM) were measured. Results Longitudinal peak systolic velocity, strain and time to peak, peak time of standard strain were no significant differences between the anterior and posterior papillary muscle, the two groups of the papillary muscle contraction may have synchronization. Age was negatively related to PM longitudinal c velocity, the older, move slower.Systolic peak time was effected by heart rate, heart rate is faster, the shorter the time to peak. Conclusion Two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging is a reliable method for assessing papillary muscle function.
