以邻苯二胺化合物和α-溴代酮类化合物为原料，经过串联环化反应合成喹喔啉类化合物。部分未知的喹喔啉衍生物经过质谱和核磁分析加以确证。同时研究了2-异丙基喹喔啉在过渡金属Ag参与下的sp3C—H键硝化反应。
Using o-phenylenediamine compounds and a-bromo ketones as raw material, the quinoxaline was synthesized via cyclization reaction. The partly unknown quinoxaline derivatives were confirmed by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic. The sp3 C-H bond nitrification of quinoxaline under the transition metal Ag were studied.
