【】 目的 分析生物节律模式护理对糖尿病足患者遵医行为的影响。方法 采用随机、单盲、对照的方法观察糖尿病足Ⅱ级患者300例,随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,2组基础治疗(药物治疗、创面处理)相同,对照组在基础治疗上,运用传统护理方法;观察组在基础治疗上,按人体生物节律,对糖尿病足患者实施以行为能力和操作技术培训为主的综合干预措施。 结果 观察组在饮食疗法、运动疗法和足部护理方面的遵医行为均明显优于对照组(P ＜0.01),在药物疗法方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论 利用生物节律模式的糖尿病足综合护理干预措施,对提高患者遵医行为效果明显。
